Project Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of the project is to establish a comprehensive support environment for entrepreneurs in the Central Slovenia region.

The key objectives of the project include:

providing free, high-quality and regionally accessible support services for prospective entrepreneurs and existing companies,
encouraging the establishment of new enterprises, especially those with higher added value,
increasing the survival rate of newly established companies by offering expert support to overcome initial challenges,
improving entrepreneurs’ knowledge and awareness needed for successful operation at all stages of the entrepreneurial cycle – from idea and startup to growth and development,
strengthening the entrepreneurial potential and competitiveness of the region,
contributing to the creation, growth and development of enterprises and to the strengthening of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Central Slovenia region.

Project Results and Activities

The project activities will focus primarily on delivering individual mentoring sessions aimed at solving specific business challenges faced by mentees. Mentors will assist entrepreneurs with structured setting, monitoring and achieving of key business goals focused on business growth and development.

The programme will also include specialised workshops and training on current topics such as business digitalisation and investment readiness. An important part of the activities will be networking events designed to encourage cooperation and experience exchange among participants and to foster connections with other key stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
