Ljubljana City Award 2026
On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the Regional Development Agency of the Ljubljana Urban Region received the City of Ljubljana Award 2026, one of the highest honours bestowed by the City of Ljubljana. The award recognises individuals and organisations whose work makes a significant contribution to the city’s development, reputation and quality of life.
The award acknowledges RDA LUR’s long-standing professional, developmental and coordinating role in promoting the sustainable and balanced development of the Ljubljana Urban Region. For more than 25 years, the Agency has connected the region’s 25 municipalities, the national government, businesses, and local and international partners. Through development projects and the successful acquisition of European funding, it helps create solutions that improve the quality of life for the region’s residents.
