On-line event: Engaging Shared Mobility Users Through Social Media

Social media has become one of the key channels for communicating with the public. Its role is increasingly important in promoting public interest services, including sustainable mobility. The social media ecosystem is changing rapidly – new platforms emerge, others lose influence, and not all are suitable for every age group or target audience.

Sara Decombel, Head of Public Relations at the Belgian organization Way To Go, which specializes in implementing shared mobility systems, will present effective approaches to engaging different target groups through social media.

In her presentation, she will share concrete examples of successful communication and promotion of public services from the Belgian region of Flanders.
