A Conference not to be missed: The EU Clean Industrial Deal – The contribution of Eco Industrial Parks Conference (ECOLE project) – Trieste, 10/23/2025

On 23 October, we welcome you at the Final Conference of the Interreg AS project ECOLE – ECO industrial park network for the Alpine Regions Leveraging smart and Circular Economy. The event will explore how Eco Industrial Parks can lead the way in implementing the EU Clean Industrial Deal by promoting resource efficiency, industrial symbiosis, and low-carbon innovation across Alpine territories.

Venue: the prestigious Savoia Excelsior Palace, Riva del Mandracchio 4, 34124, Trieste, Italy
Event title: “The EU Clean Industrial Deal: the contribution of Eco Industrial Parks”.

The event will involve experts, stakeholders and partners of the Interreg Alpine Space project ECOLE (Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, France), local representatives and industrial stakeholders. It will be a unique opportunity to explore:
• The transition towards more circular and resource-efficient industries within the principles of the circular economy
• How community approach and systemic thinking community model (STCM) can support the transition of Industrial Parks in Eco Industrial Parks
Applications on Industrial Parks with the focus on energy materials and circularity, supply and value chain, resilience and sustainability, governance and local symbiosis
Networking with key industry players

The Conference, through keynote speeches and round table discussion will feature high-level speakers, present key project results, and launch policy recommendations for future circular industrial policies in Europe, followed by a networking light lunch.
