RRA LUR at the Second Plenary Meeting of the CulturalRoad Project in Athens

  • 2. 3. 2026

RRA LUR participated in the second plenary meeting of the CulturalRoad project, which took place in Athens and brought together project partners to review progress and align on the next steps. As the project approaches the end of its second year, the meeting provided an important opportunity for a comprehensive assessment of achievements and for strategic reflection on the activities ahead.

The first day of the meeting focused on the five pillars of the CulturalRoad Five-Pointed Star Rating System. Partners carried out an in-depth review of the collected data, key performance indicators, and the methodological framework underpinning the system. Discussions addressed the initial results achieved so far, as well as insights gathered from stakeholder workshops across all five demonstration sites. Particular attention was given to coordinating the approach for the upcoming focus groups with end users, which will be implemented later this year. The aim is to ensure a harmonised methodology across all partner regions and to secure the comparability and quality of the data collected.

The second day was dedicated to communication, dissemination, and the long-term exploitation of project results. Through two interactive workshops, partners further developed the project’s “one level up / one level down” knowledge transfer mechanism, designed to facilitate the effective flow of knowledge between different governance levels and stakeholders. In addition, the consortium refined and further specified the project’s Key Exploitable Results, laying the groundwork for the sustainable uptake and continued use of project solutions beyond the project’s lifetime.

The meeting in Athens marked an important milestone in the implementation of CulturalRoad, strengthening the shared understanding of objectives, reinforcing cooperation among partners, and setting clear directions for the successful continuation of activities in the coming period.
