Updated version of tools for better governance and financing of cultural heritage
The Regional Development Agency of the Ljubljana Urban Region, the Institute for Economic Research, the Institute for Development and International Relations (HR) and FinPiemonte (IT) have developed six tools for better management and financing of cultural heritage within the ForHeritage project.
The first draft of the tools was publicly presented in October 2020. Based on the feedback from the participants of the online event and discussions with stakeholders, the tools were upgraded.
An updated version of all the tools, which will be translated into four languages by the autumn (Croatian, Italian, Polish and Slovenian), is already available: (1) participatory governance, (2) public – private partnership, (3) financing of cultural heritage, (4) pilot projects in the field of cultural heritage, (5) organization and implementation of successful trainings and (6) measurement of the effects of cultural heritage projects.
You are kindly invited to read and use the tools. In 2021 the partners will test the tools at pilot sites in four Central European cities: Cuneo (IT) / Palazzo Santa Croce, Ljubljana (SI) / Vodnik’s Homestead, Rijeka (HR) / Rikard Benčić and Szczecin (PL) / Pomeranian Dukes’ Castle complex).
We will be happy to get your opinion about the tools. Please pass it on to Nataša Mršol, Project Manager at RDA LUR (natasa.mrsol@rralur.si).
